Thinking about germinating seeds?

Think again. Our cannabis seeds are sold as souvenirs. Any information about germinating, growing, smoking or doing anything with seeds other than keeping them as souvenirs is intended only for people who reside in countries where growing Cannabis is permitted. In the UK it is illegal to germinate cannabis seeds without a license from the Home Office.

If we suspect that you intend to germinate or have germinated our cannabis seeds we will refuse sale.

Product Liability

Viability and germination rates of all varieties are tested on a regular basis. However Stealthy Seeds does not accept any product-liability and we do not give any guarantees. All prices are subject to change.

Stealthy Seeds does not wish to induce anyone to act in conflict with the law. All persons who purchase seeds are responsible for their actions in the future. Stealthy Seeds will accept no responsibility in this respect. All information contained on any Stealthy Seeds promotional material or packaging is for educational purposes only and is not intended to condone, promote or incite the use of illegal and/or controlled substances.

Confiscated Packages

Please note that we do not take responsibility for confiscated orders. All orders are packaged in plain anonymous packaging, however, due to strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order. If you are unsure, check your national laws. You personally take full responsibility for the products you purchase from Stealthy Seeds. Importing cannabis seeds can be illegal in some countries, Stealthy Seeds accepts no responsibility as to verifying the legitimacy of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by authorities.
