It’s easy to recognize the name of this Cannabis seed strain, Bruce Banner, but maybe not so easy to understand why this strain is named after the Hulk. Well, this strain is a powerful and potent one with a very high THC content at around 30%. It is more Sativa dominant than most other strains as well, making its after effects quite strong. The strain is a cross between Strawberry Diesel and OG Kush.
History
The conception of the Bruce Banner strain is quite interesting and made quite a long trip to get where it is today. Also known as “Banner” or “OG Banner,” this strain actually has five different variants, with some being dropped and the third winning a Cannabis Award in Denver. It originated in Los Angeles and has come to be known as one of the highest potency cannabis strains on the market.
Appearance & Aroma
The look of the buds on this plant are a medium-hue green covered in specks of orange and densely packed together in a tightly knit bud. The aroma is said to be that of diesel, earthy, and hints of sweetness.
