Transferwise Payment Information

Sending your first payment through TransferWise is quick and easy! To get your first transfer underway, simply follow these steps:

● Visit TransferWise.com, and on the right hand side of the next page you can see two boxes with “You send“ and “Receive“ next to them. Simply select the currencies you want to send from and to, along with the amount to send/receive, and hit ‘Get Started’.

● On the next page, you can double check the currencies, before clicking “CONTINUE“. Please do not worry if the amounts are slightly different. 

● Then, we’ll ask you a bit about yourself.­ We are required to know who is sending the money with us. When all of the information has been entered, click “CONTINUE“;

● Step 3 will then ask for the name of the recipient (Alistair Walls) – we recommend you also include their email address ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), so that they can follow the progress of the transfer too. Click “send money via email“. If the recipient has given you an invoice number or reference to include, you can add this to the “What’s this transfer for“ field (Your Order Number);

● The final step requires you to send the funds to TransferWise, so it can be converted and sent to the recipient. This can always be done via a bank transfer to the details shown on the screen, but some currencies also allow for debit card payments or ACH Bank Debit;

That’s it, you’re done. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your deposit, and another one to confirm completion of the payment. Thank you for joining TransferWise, and welcome to the revolution!
